Filtered Pipeline As KPI?
We have KPI scorecards on our dashboard. Standard items include ASA Pipeline (both total and per month).
We want to have a row in our scorecard that is the ASA pipeline filtered to only a specific team. That is to say we want:
ASA Pipe Team 1
ASA Pipe Team 2
ASA Pipe Team 3
As separate lines on a KPI scorecard.
I can easily create a 'report' showing this, but then having this available as a custom KPI does not seem to work. I can create saved searches that act as KPIs, but you can't duplicate the pipeline logic/behavior in a saved search as a transaction search can't pull opportunity ASA (field not available) and an opportunity search can't pull standalone quotes (different record type).
