Create Item Requirement Trend Charts

I’m looking for a way to report Items Ordered (quantity) by Sales Effective Month. We want to track historical Sales Demand for Items summarized by a custom field called Style (think product families).

I’m not looking for items SOLD.  Items sold is not a reflection of what could have been sold if we had stock.
