No Purchases

I am trying to pull from my list of customers people who have not purchased anything. What type of search would I start with? I have tried a transaction search using the following criteria but it doesnt work.I get people who have placed orders.

Filters:

• None of Cash Sale
• None of Sales Order DVD-MR-Raiders
• Tax Line is false
• Shipping Line is false
• Main line is false

Columns:

• Name
• Customer/Project : Billing Address 1
• Customer/Project : Billing City
• Customer/Project : Billing State/Province
• Customer/Project : Billing Zip
• Customer/Project : Billing Phone
• Customer/Project : Email
