Grouping Search Results

Is there a way to display search results (for instance, a search for open estimates) like so:

Results:
Sales Rep #1
    -Quote #1
    -Quote #2
    -Quote #3
Sales Rep #2
    -Quote #1
    -Quote #2
...

This is the format for some of the default reports, but can this be recreated with a saved search?
