Pivot Reports to do Union type reports

I have been messing around with the Pivot Reports this morning and I am wondering if anyone has any tips.

We have some key contacts listed on our customer record that I need to grab. Up to now I have been pulling the list as many times as needed to grab all of the key contacts (CEO, Accounting, Sys Admin, etc) for our marketing department and then combining them in Excel.  I would like, instead to fashion a new report to pull all of the contacts at once and them list them by company:

Company Name
    |__Decision Maker
    |__Sys Admin
