Problem with scheduled reports

When I click on the report it shows me the data I want to see, but when I schedule it I always get an email that says the following:

NetSuite encountered an error while trying to generate your scheduled report. Please click here to notify NetSuite Support.

Trying to find out if anyone has had any similar issues and resolutions.
