order does not appear in saved search despite matching critera
I tried submitting this as a case but the case form returned
"Your Case Information has not been submitted. Support has been notified." and I was not emailed a case number.
I NEED TO FIX THIS!!!

Why?? How do we get this resolved?
This report is used by our CEO to determine effectiveness of dropship relationships. We need to give him COMPLETE and valid data. Currently the report is questionable because it is missing data that clearly should be included. I CANT SUBMIT A CASE
