Report of just detailed descriptions?

Hi! We've run into a problem with our store, where some of the product descriptions have disappeared or been shortened. We need certain people to go through and find the items with missing/messed up descriptions, so we'd like to create a report that is just Item Name + Detailed Description.

Is there any way to do this? We've tried creating a custom report, but detailed description isn't an option.
