Getting field Value from Partner of Work order

We have a unique situation here where when a WO is created for inventory the location field value is set to the regional manufacturing plant and the actual location (dealer inventory for) placed in a custom field called Inventory for location. The problem is that when I try and run a saved search I am unable to figure out how to gather info from the dealers partner page. How would I go about retrieving if a check box is true or not for the dealer. "Error: field not found". is the error i get when trying "Formula Text: {inventory_for_location_on_wo.checkbox_name_on_inventory_for_location}."
