Saved Search Anytime Updated Field is Changed

As the title says, how do I setup the Saved Search Email Alert so that an email gets sent every time 1 particular field on a Custom Record is changed?  I don't care what the Old Value or New Value is, even if they are blank to start and or end, I just always want an email sent when the 1 field is changed.  I don't think I need anything on the Criteria Tab of the search, but on the Updated Fields subtab of the Email tab, I don't know what to put in for the Old/New value?
