Report for Mass Update Email bounce backs
Is there a way to create a report or search for all the bounce backs that occur after a Mass Update - Send Subscription Messages to Customers?
These emails don't appear to show up in the Bulk Merge history, so how else can I search for these?
I've searched through the UG and Help Guides, and dont see an answser to my question.
I'm in the middle of sending out Confirm Subscription request emails to our entire customer list that's Soft Opt-in, and so far we've had over 1,000 bounce backs.
Don't tell me we have to update these to Soft Opt-Out one-by-one!
0
