Sandbox account not sending scheduled emails
In our sandbox account, none of the scheduled saved search emails or dashboard alerts are sending out to the users.they are all subscribed to the saved search email and the owner receives the saved search email with a subject: "originally to": (displays user names that were subscribed). but the users did not receive an email.
Also if users set up dashboard email alerts under set preferences, they are not receiving any email alerts. this seems to only be occuring in sandbox.
do sandbox accounts not allow scheduled emails?
