Saved Search with Sales Orders that do not contain specific items...how?

Greetings to all,

So if I wanted to create a saved search that returns Sales Orders that do not contain specific line items...how might one go about that?

It's easy enough to do when you need to know what "IS" on the sales order, but when it evaluates every line item, how do you tell it to report what is not on the entire order?
