Defaults on Lead Count report

Hi,

Starter question: does anyone know what are the defaults assumed by the Lead Count report?

If I do a customer search for a certain category I get 35k on the search and 33k on the report, just using the category filter.

I know it's not caused by the status nor the subsidiary....

Any idea what is causing the 2k drop?
