Access Search Engine Keywords in Saved Search

In the marketing tab on customer records, we have a bunch of information on their web stats such as referrer, keywords, clickstream etc. The subtabs below contain even more information. I cannot figure out, however, how to use any of these fields in a saved search. I'm trying to do so via customer search, but I could start from another angle if needed.
