Saved Search - Sales Order Item Lifespan
I am looking to create a saved search that counts the number of days between when an item is added to a sales order, and when that line item becomes fully committed from inventory.
Right now i have multi-item orders where 9 out of 10 parts happen to be in stock, and 1 part that i DONT have, holds the order from being fully committed while i order it in. I would like to identify if the same group of part numbers continue to pop up as "recurring offenders" holding up my orders from being shipped immediately.
The goal being, i could calculate this time range as an average per part number. That will show me which part numbers are causing my orders leave later than they could...and then I will know which part numbers i should stock more aggressively to keep processing time down on orders before shipment.
