User specific data on report

I am looking for the functionality that is in saved search where you can view "mine". Is this possible in the in Reports. So if I create a Sales by item report can I have a filter that only shows the sales by item for the current user's customers only?  I know I can do this in a saved search but there are limitations in reports.
