Est Gross Profit % KPI

Trying to produce a KPI to show my daily estimated gross profit percentage. I have a saved search which pulls the Amount, Est Ext Cost, Est GP & Est Gross Profit % from the transactions, but I believe I need to group it by date to make this work as a KPI and I can't figure out how to bring the Est Gross Profit % # to the summary level. Could anyone shed some light on this for me?
