Sales by Item, Web Orders Only
This might be easy, but I haven't done much with reports in NetSuite- I want to run a report that shows me sales revenue from items, specific to web orders, that will allow me to see the individual items.
I can get a sales by item detail report that shows me all sales for all items during a particular period of time,
Or I can get a revenue report that specifies total revenue from web orders only
But I can't seem to cross the 2. The web order revenue report gives me much lower revenue totals than the sales by item summary. Ultimately I'm trying to find evidence that a drop in average revenue from one specific timeframe to another is related to a drop in sales for specific group of items for us. Can anyone make any reccomendations as to how I would properly go about this?
