Trying to Create Monthly Sales Forcast

I am trying to create a Search that will show me both open and Billed Sales orders for a month.  I tried the following criteria but cannot seem to get the billed sales orders to show up.  If I include billed sales orders then I get all billed sales orders since the beginning of time. 


Criteria
Type is Sales Order
Main Line is True
Amount (Gross) is greater than 400.00
((Status is any of Sales Order:Partially Fulfilled, Sales Order:Pending Approval, Sales Order:Pending Billing, Sales Order:Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled, Sales Order:Pending Fulfillment
OR
(System Notes : New Value is Billed
