Pivot Report Formatting

Is there a way to change the order of the columns in the pivot table? I have a numeric CASE formula that produces a result of 1 or 2. In the pivot report my column labeled 2 comes before the column labeled 1. I would like to flip these two columns, but changing the sort by options doesn't change anything like it does in the search.

Also, is there a way to have the custom labels for the fields show up as the column labels in the pivot report? At this point, the pivot report is just pulling the field name, not the custom label name.
