Commissions Report

Hi all,
I am doing a saved search/ Report on the below logic to calculate commissions, I am not sure what logic should I apply here, any help would be appreciated.

Paid sales for a period minus paid returns and minus un-paid sales that are 90 days overdue.  Also deducted are any samples or orders placed under their name (unless paid by credit card)
For specific customers, the reps are only paid 10% commissions.
