New Visitor Activity Report is wrong

Okay so due to one reason or another (good jobs NS) we have our site hosted externally.  The product pages are updated via a webservice. 

We have 3 different places where analytics are stored:

Google Analytics (somewhat inaccurate)
Netsuite Reporting on New Visitor Activity (completely innaccurate)
PiwiK reporting as part of smoothcms - (very accurate)


My Netsuite  New web activity visitor report for Sunday is completely inflated to 2745 with 2743 of them being - no entity -

MY Google Analytics Reporting shows : 44 Total Visitors with 40 of them being unique for that same Sunday. (I know this is underinflated because we do not have the tracking code currently on our hosted pages within smoothcms.
