Saved search timeout

I have a saved search that is pulling in data from vendor bills as well as info from the vendor profiles.  The report has been working without issue until recently when all users now seem to get a timeout error after applying a filter.  The results should be only a few thousand lines at the most so not sure why this is happening all of a sudden.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
