Help Needed with Search
Hi and thanks for looking.
I am trying to create a Case statement that will take the *first* time an action happens and determine when it happened.
I have ticket resolvers who verify that the sales orders are correct and close them so our salesmen can get paid.
however, every so often, a ticket will get resolved more than once and we want to make sure our resolvers are being productive and not closing the same ticket over and over.
What I am trying to do is:
Search the system notes for the earliest time it was closed and then count the number of days.
