Item saved search with a criteria of specific items

I know this can be done by doing each item line by line, for example Filter Name = 110101
OR
and repeat one item number per line.

There has to be an easier way to do this no?  I'm finding that I have to do this more and more lately.  I want to create an item search that displays ~75 specific items.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
