Saved Serach to find Record Creator

I'm trying to isolate all customer records created by a certain user. I can see this information in the system notes easy enough, but finding the type "create" and the field "Record". Unfortunately while I can grab the "System Notes : Field" field in a customer search, the field "Record" is not an available option.

I feel like there has to be a simple way to find the creator of a record that I'm over looking, but I just can't find it. Any advice would be much appreciated.
