Reminder not showing

I created a saved search for my sales people to use on their dashboard as a reminder.  I checked the following boxes; public, available for reminders, show in list.  But when they go to set up reminders and click add custom reminder that search is not in the list.

Any ideas?

It showed up for me and it is working in my reminder box as we speak.
