Saved Search Help: List of Companies w/o a Scheduled Activity

The title says it all. I'm trying to create a list of companies Who have been contacted within the past 2 weeks, but no followup activity has been scheduled. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about doing this?

I tried creating a search that looked for all customers who's last email was within the past week but not more than 60 days ago and who's activity date was not on or after yesterday. This didn't really help me achieve what I'm trying to accomplish.
