Help!!!! Saved Search No Longer Sends Certain Email Alerts
In September 2013, we created a saved transaction search with the following criteria:
Type> is Purchase Order
Quantity> is not empty
Item > Vendor is Preferred: is true
Status> is any of Purchase Order:Pending Receipt, Purchase Order:Pending Billing/Partially Received, Purchase Order:Partially Received
Created From : Payment Event Hold Reason> is not Authorization decline
Name> is Company XYZ
This search is configured to send an email when purchase orders for this particular vendor are created. Specific recipients are me and the vendor. Most of the items for this vendor are configured as drop-ship, so that when a Sales Order is created, whether online through the web site or manually in NS, a PO is automatically created.
