Project Reporting - Time, Expenses and Bills by Task and Employee in one search?

edited Jan 3, 2020 12:26AM in Search / Reporting 2 comments

Is this possible?  Something that has perhaps already been done that I could leverage?  The requirement is based on an existing report in OpenAir that needs to be reproduced in NetSuite

To be more specific:
Features enabled - Advanced Projects, TimeSheets (2014.1), Bill Costs to Customers
Requirements:
- single report showing a single row in results for each Project summarizing the totals of submitted, approved and billable Time (hours and revenue), Expenses and Vendor Bills
- more detailed view breaking this out by Project Task and employee (ie Project has 10 tasks, each task has 3 employees on it - 30 rows) with same information

I've taken a few spins at this using a Project Search (this is the only search with joins to both time and transaction tables) but I get stuck consistently at the inclusion of Project Task and Employee in grouped search results - turns my results into duplicated mush.  Anyone who has attempted this in the past with any level of success, by any means or method, please let me know.
