Saved Search for NET45 and NET90 Terms
Does anyone know why Netsuite ignores the TERMS field when calculating Days Overdue?
I have a Saved Search that drives a workflow to send out first and second notices for 30 days delinquent and 60 days delinquent customers. While this works great for Net30 customers, Net45 and Net90 customers complain that they aren't overdue.
I've yet to come up with a formula that uses terms to subtract from Days overdue to generate the proper notice.
Any thoughts or help on this would be greatly appreciated.
