Customer transactions search - it cant be this hard ! Noob at a loss
Hi, we are trying to implement a simple workflow(s), where if someone buys a certain item, then repeat orders within 90 days, they would be entitled to a free one.
But I am REALLY struggling with what should be a simple search to feed the workflows
I have it in two stages.
a) Customer Search - Criteria - Includes Item x, Date of last order within 90 days - then sets the customer category to 1
b) Customer Search - Criteria - must be category 1, date of last order within 90 days, includes item x, total amount ordered is £XX - then sets the category to 2
