Withholding Tax Reports (General) are available in Sandbox but not in Production

Hi,

This is regarding Withholding Tax Reporting. I'm able to do the WHT setup for Thailand country and able to generate WHT reports for Thailand in sandbox. I performed the same steps in Production, WHT code setup is complete, I'm able to apple Withholding tax on Transactions. when I tried to run a report, WHT reports are not available. WHT reports are not appearing under Reports module. I Verified the WHT Suiteapp & bundle details as well. everything look same.

When I searched for some help, I've learnt that Reports > Withholding Tax > Withholding Tax Reports are for country-specific reports. Currently, this is available only for the Philippines, if you have a Philippines nexus. however, It does not make sense to me because WHT general reports are available in Sandbox.
