Searching a range of numbers

Hi there,

I am trying to create a saved search with an available search filter that is as follows:

There is a range of serial numbers in 2 fields, Serial Number Start and Serial Number End.

What i need is a way to search to see if an inputted number is between the Start and End fields.

Has anyone done anything like this before?
