Saved Search showing Sales Order Milestones

I am trying to create a saved search that shows a time stamp of sales order milestones in columns.  For example, the first column would show when the order was created, the second would show when it was approved, the 3rd would show when a picking ticket was printed and so on.  I am using formulas and pulling data from the system notes, but the results are showing each event in a new row.  I'm grouping all of the results and trying to get one sales order per row, with each milestone in a column.  Thanks in advance for the
