Customize Accounting > Currency Exchange Rates List

Is there any way to configure or customize a different format for the Accounting > Currency Exchange Rates list?

Or is there any way to access the data from this list in Saved Search criteria or Reports?

I am trying to build a matrix view of Currency Exchange Rates with month or period across the top and the day down the side so we can calculate monthly avg currency exchange for each base currency\source currency based on Xignite rates imported into NetSuite.

I can't figure out how to access this data from Saved Search or Report.

Any tips or help greatly appreciated.
