Permissions for Saved Seaches for Web Services Searches

I am building custom searches for reporting on web services operations.  With Administrative privileges this isn't a problem.  But what permissions do I need set on Custom Roles or order for users of said roles to be able to see the results of said searches or place them into a a custom KPI for reporting.

These are the types from the create new saved search that I want to place on custom dashboards

Web Services Operations
Web Services Record Processing
