Report for showing Last Order Date for Inventory Item

We have a bunch of inventory items in our system that are old and outdated. We would like to create a report to show all of the items whose last purchase date was on or before 4 years ago. So these items haven't been sold in the last four years. I'm lost. Any ideas on how to create this report?
