NetSuite Role for to allow re-assigning Saved Search Ownership?

Hi there,

We have a few hundred saved searches created by a specific employee.  We want to keep the saved searches, however, we want to change the ownership of the Saved Searches to a different employee.

1. If we could do this through Mass Updates (Like you can with Reports) that would be great.  I didn't see a way to do this for Saved Searches.
2. What NetSuite Role Permission would be needed to allow a specific Role the permission to edit ownership of any Saved Search?

Any help would be much appreciated.
