Delayed Scheduled Reports

Are there any known issues with Scheduled Reports being delayed by 12hrs. We have between 10-20 Scheduled Reports that go out on a daily/weekly basis at a specific time but as of yesterday the reports stopped going out at their scheduled time (ie 10:30am). We have partners that do sales at our store locations and they need these reports in order determine what is owed to them.
