Saved Search when stock removed from Location?

Hello,

I have been tasked with creating a saved search that will email users whenever some stock is removed from a specific location, this email should show the details of the item(s) and serial number(s) that have been removed from this location. I figure I should limit my transaction search to be only transactions that could remove an item from stock (Inventory Transfer, Inventory Adjustment, Bin Transfer, Item Fulfillment, any more?) but I'm kinda stuck on the rest of it, any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated!
