How Netsuite calculates Visitors to the website - Better way to track?

If this question has been answered before, can someone point me where, I couldn't find it.

On the report of New Visitors and any report that uses Visitors, does Netsuite include in those calculations bots/quarries by google, and site crawlers into the -no entity- line?

We have super high number of visitors to the -no entity- line on our site which seems odd.   The number goes up by 300 - 400 every 5 mins or so.  Thinking maybe the google pings are taken into account when someone searches on google and it pulls up into the search results??

The help section in Netsuite wasn't very helpful.  anyone have any comments on how the -no entity- is calculated?
