Web Services Pricing

We just finished an eCommerce add-on to our eLearning software. Our Design-a-Course app periodically checks the NS transaction database to see if a prospect has purchased an eLearning course and then creates a learning account for them.  Does anyone know the pricing on how many web service reads or writes come with a full NS account?  I am concerned if we set it up to check too often we will hit a threshold and be charged.
