Sample WS SOAP Code for Inventory Adjustment

As of WSDL 2.x it looks like Inventory Adjustments are now supported.  Thank heavens!  With over 4000 items, I can't seem to think of any other way to actually get a physical inventory entered into Netsuite.

Does ANYONE have any sample SOAP code that they could share for a simple inventory adjustment?
