Querying Custom Records
I need to search against a custom record. The custom record has a parent record of type Customer - the Customer record is what I'm really trying to find.
Does anyone know why following C# doesn't work, after a successful login as administrator (role 3)...
NetSuite.RecordRef linkedCardRecordType = new NetSuite.RecordRef(); linkedCardRecordType.internalId = "17"; NetSuite.CustomRecordSearchBasic customRecordSearchBasic = new NetSuite.CustomRecordSearchBasic(); customRecordSearchBasic.recType = linkedCardRecordType; NetSuite.CustomRecordSearch customRecordSearch = new NetSuite.CustomRecordSearch(); customRecordSearch.basic = customRecordSearchBasic; NetSuite.SearchResult Results = NetSuiteService.search(customRecordSearch);
https://system.netsuite.com.au/app/common/custom/custrecordentrylist.nl?rectype=17 returns me the records that are defined in the custom record type.
In the SearchResult object returned I get no results. The Status field has isSuccess = false, and the StatusDetail array has one element with the following data:
