Problem with Custom Record Data

OK, can someone help me out here, cause i can't see what is wrong.
We have a custom record (Suscriptions) which has a "Customer" field reference on it ("custentity6").
It doesn't break all of the time, just sometime so I can't find what is breaking it...The customer record exists and the ID is valid...

Here is the XML "Add" request:
