Shipping options at check ot

I ship mostly LTL- pallet quantities. My hope is to do more UPS but i need to offer another option at check out other than UPS. i set up an option called "Best way" that would allow me to pick the "best way" for particular shipment. However when you click on the best way option the word "free comes up next to it. How can i make "free" go away? i am also receptive to any other thoughts from users who ship LTL. Thanks in advance!
