Recommendation for a java script writing service

I need some basic Java scripts in NetSuite and I am wondering who might offer that service?

The first script I need is one that simply sets a customer's address type to "Residential Address" if the customer picked "Residential Address" as their address type during store check-out.  We already have a custom "Transaction Body Field" that is called "Residential or Business" and it asks the customer what type of shipping address they have when they are in the web store check-out process.  We just need to transfer their answer over into the standard NetSuite "Residential Address yes/no" field that is in the customer's record.  I was told it could be done with a script, but I don't
