EFT Tab on customer screen? Open to WS??

Does anyone know if the fields on the Electronic Funds Transfer tab of the customer screen available through WS? I need to populate this information when I bring in customer records just like I do with credit cards.

I cannot locate the field or list names if they are....

If not will they be added in 2.5.0 of WS? The release notes don't mention it.
